Is Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 Argb good?

gilbadon : The only way to control a 3-pin fan header is to plug it into the motherboard which will reduce the voltage to the fan. 4-pin fan’s use what is called PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to control the speed, your fan does not have this and thus is controlled purely by voltage.
Are SickleFlow fans good?
It is the exact same fan that comes on the Evo I believe and works great. Just took the dead one off and put this one on and runs perfect. Most of the time you can’t hear it but at full speed it puts out a lot of air and if you have no background noise can hear it.
