How do I change the battery in my Polar cadence sensor?

You can check the battery level status from Polar Beat, the mobile training app. Go to Settings > HR sensor to see the status. The battery (CR 2025) can last up to 400 hours with daily one hour heart rate training sessions.
How do I reset my Polar F6?
Push and hold all of the buttons on your Polar F6 except the “Light” button. Release the buttons when the Polar F6’s displays all available digits. Push “OK.” This is the button on the right side of the watch. The watch will reset.
