The process may vary slightly depending on the store. When you arrive at your chosen collection point, please stay in your car. One of our colleagues will then come to greet you and let you know how you’ll get your shopping.

First, you’ll need to be over the age of 18, and you’ll need either the order number or the card that was used to pay for the shopping. Why did Tesco get rid of Tesco Direct?
The supermarket is shutting down the tech, toys, clothes and homeware side of the business because it isn’t making any money, “despite best efforts”. Customers won’t be able to shop at Tesco Direct from July 9, 2018, but you will still be able to buy some of the products via the food website, Tesco.com.

Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot. Should you arrive late, you may still be able to collect your order – please speak with the member of our staff at the dedicated collection point who will be able to assist you.
