Who is the CEO of Mary Kay Company?
Also they seem very diverse at first until you realize that their entire executive team thinks like an old white man (and there CEO is actually an old white man). So you might see people of color in management roles but it’s because they tow the traditional, conservative, risk-averse line that controls Mary Kay.
