update on camping

The organizers of the Craven Country Jamboree wanted to thank everyone who waited for extended periods of time in the lineup on Tuesday to access the festival grounds, especially the Silver F campers who were especially inconvenienced. We appreciate your patience and your courtesy to our staff who worked long hours to process all of the campers and get them off of the highway and onto the site. For tomorrow (Thursday), we are rebuilding roads in the campground to ensure that all of the fans arriving will be able to enter the site. With the continued cooperation of the weather, we anticipate opening the gates at the scheduled time of 9am and keeping the gates open until midnight to process the thousands of fans looking forward to a weekend full of fun and great country music. Remember, with the limited space in the campground, we will be parking campers as they come through the gate. As well, if the weather changes, this situation could change as well.
