FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The festival site is dry, the campground is back and festival organizers are looking forward to the World's Largest Homecoming Party!
This year's slogan - "The World's Largest Homecoming Party" - is a call to all festival fans that the Jamboree campsite is coming home, within walking distance of the main stage area that has played host to music events since 1983.
"It's true - camping is back on the festival site," said Kim Blevins, director of marketing. "We did a lot of work to the site in the fall and again in the spring. We understand how important it is to our fans to be able to camp on site. It's an integral part of the entire festival experience. Though lineups change every year, the camping experience is part of the history of the Craven Country Jamboree and we've worked to ensure that camping is back and it's here to stay."
Work continues to prepare the site for the 2012 Craven Country Jamboree from July 12-15. Headliners include Eric Church on Friday, Alan Jackson on Saturday and Brad Paisley on Sunday. Please visit www.cravencountryjamboree.com for full lineup information and new attractions like Circus Electronica.
Tickets are still available at $179, but they won't last long. Visit www.cravencountryjamboree.com to purchase tickets and general camping.
